Super Talent introduces the new UltraDrive MX2 series of solid state drives. Combining state-of-the-art controllers with high-speed cache and off-the-shelf SLC or MLC NAND flash, the MX2 SSDs offer sequential read and write speeds over 200MB/s.
Super Talent‘s new SSD comes in 2.5-inch form factor and features SATA II and mini USB dual connections. It is available in 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB (MLC only) capacities. The UltraDrive MX2 sports JMicron 616 controller and offers up to 250MB/s read and 180MB/s write speeds. To keep the drive running at optimum performance, the new drive includes Garbage Collection and TRIM features. You can also find advanced error correction (ECC), wear leveling and bad block management technologies to insure reliable and phenomenal endurance.
