Kingmax announced its line of SATA III Client Pro SSD, including the SMU32 standard model and the desktop-friendly SMU35 w ith a 3.5-inch drive bracket. Kingmax’s Client Pro SSDs combine high-speed synchronous Flash memory and SandForce’s controller to deliver maximized performance. They provides up to 550MB/s read and 520MB/s write speeds, and up to 85,000 IOPS 4k random write performance.
The SMU32 and SMU35 both use SATA III interface and are available in 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities. They support NCQ, TRIM for optimized performance, and come with DuraWrite, wear leveling algorithm and intelligent block management for enhanced lifetime, and S,M.A.R.T and 55 bit BCH ECC for data integrity.
