ViewSonic adds to its ViewPad line the new E100 tablet running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The device is powered by a 1GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. It features a 9.7-inch SuperClear IPS touchscreen display with 1024×768 resolution, 420cd/m2 brightness and 800:1 contrast ratio; and a 1.3 Megapixel front camera.
ViewSonic’s E100 comes with 4GB internal storage and supports microSD/SDHC up to 32GB. It supports Bluetooth and WiFi and provides mini HDMI port for users to bring HD media content to a big screen. The tablet comes with a 2700mAh battery for up to 5.5 hours of continuous use. The ViewPad runs Android 4.0 with ViewScene 3D UI offering special animations and effects and custom 3D widgets.
The ViewSonic ViewPad E100 is priced at $299.
