In fact, the Excite Write is pretty similar to the Excite Pro but its touchscreen digitizer just make it worth another post. Featuring the same 2560×1600 high resolution PixelPure screen as the Pro, the Write comes equipped with digitizer display and Toshiba’s TruPen with 1024x pressure point for precision pen and handwriting, bringing pen and paper experience to the tablet screen for enhanced productivity.
The device comes pre-loaded with Toshiba’s TruNote application for creating, editing and organizing notes. It also gets TruCapture that capturing whiteboard content using built-in camera and ThinkFree Office Mobile for viewing, creating and editing documents.
The Excite Write sports the same Tegra 4 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB onboard storage, 8 Megapixel camera, and Harman Kardon stereo speakers with DTS Premium Voice Pro. It is priced at $599.99, $100 more than the Pro.
