Corsair’s new Vengeance line also includes three new gaming headsets, in addition to the mice and keyboards. The Vengeance 1100 is a lightweight headset with behind-the-head design that provides comfort for long online gaming and chat sessions. It has 40mm driver units and high-sensitivity, noise-cancelling cardioid microphone for clear voice communication. The headset has both USB and 3.5mm connectors.
The Vengeance 1300 and 1500, on the other hand, have circumaural, closed-back earpad designs for immersive audio and long-term comfort. They sport custom-engineered 50mm drivers and offer audiophile-grade sound and accurate 3D positional audio. The Vengeance 1300 is designed to pair with your high-end sound card using dual 3.5mm headphone and microphone connectors and accurately reproduces the 3D positional audio generated by X-Fi CMSS-3D, while the Vengeance 1500 uses USB interface and delivers 7.1 and 5.1 Dolby Headphone positional audio for competitive gaming.
Coming in October, the Vengeance 1100 is priced at $39 and the 1300 and 1500 will cost $79 and $99 respectively.
