JVC’s GZ-HM50 and GZ-HM30 are the only non Full HD models of the company’s 2011 HD Everio lineup. They sport a 1.5 Megapixel CMOS sensor to record 1280×720 AVCHD video and is equipped with KONICA MINOLTA HD LENS with 40x optical zoom.
The GZ-HM50 and GZ-HM30 both include advanced image stabilizer, Time-Lapse REC function, Face Detection and upconverted 1920×1080 output. Both models have SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slot and the HM50 has 8GB internal memory.
Coming in January, the JVC GZ-HM50 costs $269.95 and the GZ-HM30 is priced at $229.95. They come in black, silver, red and blue.
