Cowon is launching in Korea the new D3 plenue Android-based portable media player. The D3 runs Android 2.1 OS with a customized UI. It features a 3.7-inch 800×480 AMOLED touchscreen and built-in T-DMB tuner for receiving mobile TV broadcasting. The D3 plenue is able to handle Full HD 1080p video playback.
Cowon’s D3 plenue also offers WiFi connectivity for internet access and supports Bluetooth and FM radio. The player has 8GB or 16GB or 32GB internal capacities and supports microSD/SDHC. Other features include built-in speaker, G-sensor, haptic touch feedback, HDMI output and composite output.
The D3 plenue supports most common media formats including DivX, XviD, MKV, MP4, WMV, AVI, OGG, FLAC..etc. It comes in black and purple colors.
