Alongside the 2.5-inch SATA G-Monster3 XV1, PhotoFast also brings the G-Monster3 PowerDrive-LSI gaming PCI-Express SSD. The PCI-e drive uses the X8 PCI-Express 2.0 host bus interface, offering up to 1400MB/s read and up to 1500MB/s write speeds.
Based on MLC NAND flash, the PowerDrive-LSI utilizes the LSISAS2108 RAID-on-Chip controller supporting RAID 0/1/5/6 and gets 512MB of DDR2 cache memory. It is available in 240GB, 480GB and 960GB capacities.
