Mach Extreme (MX Technology), after the MX-DS series, launches the MX JET series solid state drive. Utilizing MLC NAND flash memory, the MX JET uses JMF612 controller and has 128MB DDR2 cache memory.
Available in 64GB (MXSSD2MJET-64G), 128GB (MXSSD2MJET-128G) and 256GB (MXSSD2MJET-256G) capacities, the MX JET offers up to 260MB/s read speed and 200MB/s write speeds. The 2.5-inch SATA SSD has built-in ECC function and supports Garbage Collection.
