In addition to the luxury ENVY series, HP presents the ProBook 5310m business notebook, the world’s thinnest full-performance notebook, that measures 0.9-inch thin and weighs 3.7 pound. The laptop is powered by up to an Intel Core 2 Duo SP9300 processor and gets a 13.3-inch LED-backlit display.
The ProBook 5310m combines durable, black anodized aluminum with a magnesium frame wrapped in soft-touch paint. When equipped with an Intel Celeron dual-core, ultra-low-voltage processor, the new business laptop is an affordable step up from companion or netbook devices. Gobi’s HP Mobile Broadband module is also available as an option.
The HP ProBook 5310m starts at $699 with an Intel Celeron dual core and $899 with Intel Core 2 Duo. It will be available on 22 October with Windows 7 OS.
