Alongside the new ProBook 400 series, HP also adds three value-priced business notebook models for small-and-medium-businesses (SMBs). The 14-inch 240 and 15.6-inch 250 are powered by Intel’s Core i3 or i5 processor while the 15.6-inch 255 will get AMD’s dual-core or quad-core APU. With a durable casing and 3D DriveGuard, these notebooks can handle bumps and impacts on-the-go.
Up to 6GB of RAM can be equipped and the 240 has an option to get dedicated Radeon HD7450M graphics card. They get up to 750GB SATA hard drive and a DVD SuperMulti burner optical drive, and the media card slot supports MMC and SD memory cards. All three models will have 1366×768 anti-glare display and provides HDMI output. These business laptops come standard with WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth is available as an option. Other features include stereo speakers, integrated HD webcam, 100/1000 Ethernet LAN port, and touchpad with multittouch gesture support.
