Pioneer introduces the DVR-XD09, one of the world’s smallest and lightest USB external DVD/CD burner. Intended for use with netbook and notebook PCs, the USB burner weighs just 240g.
The Pioneer DVR-XD09 writes DVD+/-R at up to 8X and DVD+/-R DL at 6X and DVD-RAM at 5X. CD-R/RW are also supported at 24X. It has 2MB buffer memory and uses USB 2.0 interface. The lightweight DVR-XD09 is priced at $79.99.
