Sprint launches HTC Touch Pro

Sprint launches the HTC Touch Pro PDA Phone. Based on Touch Diamond, the HTC Touch Pro featurees a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The Touch Pro is also available at AT&T as the AT&T Fuze.

HTC’s Touch Pro (known as xda Serra in the UK) is a PDA phone powered by Qualcomm MSM7201A 528 MHz processor, 512MB ROM and 288MB RAM. It features a 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen display, a 3.2 Megapixel camera, a VGA front camera for video calls, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, built-in GPS support, microSD slot and TouchFLO 3D control UI. Touch Pro supports WCDMA, HSPA as well as quad-band GSM networks.

Sprint prices the Touch Pro at $299.99 with a two-year subscriber agreement, after a $100 mail-in-rebate and a $25-or-higher data add-on or Everything plan with data.
