Pioneer announced the new BDP-95FD Blu-ray Player, which is probably the successor of the BDP-LX70. Pioneer BDP-95FD supports also 4 HD surround sound formats, Dolby Digital Plus, TrueHD, DTS-HD High Resolution and Master Audio. It supports media streaming from DLNA-equipped devices via network.
The 95FD also offers 24 FPS playback speeds, HDMI 1.3 with enhanced color, and a CEC linkup with supporting TV’s and receivers.
