Fujitsu shows us the FMV-U8240 ultra mobile PC. Fujitsu FMV-U8240 is powered by an Intel Pentium A110 800MHz processor, 512MB or 1GB of RAM, 20 or 40GB of hard drive, and integrated Intel 945GU express graphics.
The U8240 has a 5.6-inch widescreen LCD display with 1024×600 resolution and LED backlight and a QWERTY keyboard. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g and provides a CF card slot and SD memory card slot.
The Fujitsu FMV-U8240 will run the Windows XP or the Windows Vista OS. It is really small that it measures 171x133x26.5mm and weighs 580g.
