JVC adds to its Kaboom! line of portable audio boombox the new RV-NB70 model. The new Kaboom! retains the original version’s general design – a large cylindrical shape with a woofer at each end. It features a CD player, FM tuner 40 watts of power and includes Bass enhancement circuitry. The new Kaboom! also offers mic/guitar input with level control.
The JVC RV-NB70 comes with built-in dock for iPod and iPhone, which is protected behind a sealing door to prevent damage from the elements. There is also USB host port for playback of MP3, WMA music files stored on a USB storage device. The CD player supports MP3 and WMA playback as well.
The JVC RV-NB70 Kaboom! will be available in spring 2011 for $349.95.
