Blue Microphone has released its Nessir, the first adaptive USB microphone that can automatically adapt to whatever you are recording, vocals, instruments, or voiceovers. The company said the adaptive processing of the microphone can automatically smooth and refine audio in real time. To deliver best sound, there are built-in studio-grade pop filter and shockmount to reduce harsh plosives and disruptive rumblings and vibrations.
The Nessie offers zero-latency headphone output for direct monitoring. Other than three flexible modes optimized for richer vocals, more detailed instruments, it also provides raw audio opiton for manual post production. The microphone uses USB connection and works with both PC and Mac. It can also connect to iPad via Apple’s camera adapter.
