Asus has brought owners of smartphones and tablets a portable storage device called Wireless Duo for smart devices. Basically, the unit is a portable external hard drive with built-in wireless connectivity to stream content to mobile devices. Asus’ Wireless Duo works with Android, iOS and Windows systems and is able to share files with up to five devices at the same time.
Good for freeing up internal storage, users can store music and videos on the Wireless Duo and stream to their Android or iOS smartphones or tablets. The device uses USB 3.0 connection for super fast data transfer and its built-in SD card slot also makes it a mobile card reader that allows you to transfer images taken with digital camera to mobile devices. Its built-in battery offers up to 6 hours of media streaming.
