Asus has announced at the Computex 2013 the RT-AC68U 802.11ac wireless router, which is the first in the world to provide combined AC1900 data rates of 1900Mbit/s and a 600MBbps data rate on 2.4GHz. It features Asus’s AirRadar technoology that utilizes beamforming to deliver a stronger wireless connection and 150% greater converage.
The AC1900 router also has a Router-to-Router Sync mode for sharing files between USB attached storage devices on Asus routers. However, Asus did not mention pricing and availability of the router.
