NEC adds to its MultiSync line the new 80-inch V801 large-screen commercial-grade LCD display. Ideal for applications that need larger screen sizes, the V801 is able to handle extended use in education, retail, restaurants, training facilities and corporate boardrooms. It is easy to install and has a lightweight design.
The 80-inch MultiSync features Full HD 1920×1080 resolution. LED-backlight for reduced power, up to 460cd/m2 brightness and 5000:1 contrast ratio. It supports TileMatrix that allows users to build video walls up to 10×10, and offers an OPS-compliant expansion slot. You can find full range of input connectors, including DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI-D in and out, D-sub VGA and Composite, component, S-video. There are also Ethernet, RS-232C, IR Remote and DDC/CI external control ports.
The V801 is priced at $10,599. The V801-AVT model with built-in ATSC digital tuner is priced at $10,749 and the V801-PC with OPS-PCAF-WS single board computer costs $11,496.
