NEC announced its latest generation of the E-series commercial-grade large-screen displays. The new range includes four models, including 42-inch E424, 46-inch E464, 55-inch E554 and 65-inch E654. They also all come with sleek design and the first three models will feature slim bezels to improve display’s aesthetics. All models use LED-backlit technology for reduced power consumption and feature Full HD 1920×1080 resolution.
The new E-series displays are based on A-MVA display panel and offer 178/178-degree viewing angles. Except for the E424 with 1200:1 contrast ratio, these displays have 4000:1 contrast ratio. The four large-screen displays all come equipped with built-in ATSC/NTSC/QAM analog/digital tuner and built-in closed-captioning for display text information for hearing impaired.
You can find three HDMI inputs, VGA D-sub, component, RCA inputs and RS-232C control port. There is also USB port and USB media player for showing images directly. An IR remote control and a detachable stand are included. The prices are $679, $849, $1279, $2699 for E424, E464, E554 and E654 respectively.
