Launched last year, Super Talent’s USB 3.0 Express RC high-performance flash drive is now certified for Windows To Go a feature of Windows 8 Enterprise edition. Like Kingston’s DataTraveler Workspace, the RC8 allows enterprises users to boot and operate a corporate Windows 8 environment from from almost any PC.
Super Talent’s RC8 is based on 8-channel SSD architecture and is powered by SandForce SSD controller. It delivers up to 270MB/s read and 240MB/s write speeds, and is backward compatible with USB 2.0. The drive has a slim design and a sleek aluminum enclosure.
The Windows To Go certified USB 3.0 Express RC8 comes in 64GB(model ST3U50GR8S) and 128GB (ST3U100GR8S) capacities.
