Archos’s ARNOVA ChildPad is a 7-inch Android tablet for kids. The compact-sized ChildPad runs Android 4.0 ICS operating system and features a child-friendly interface and icons. To protect kids from inappropriate Internet content, the tablet comes with 6 months of parental control application Mobile Parental Filter by Editions Profil. It also comes pre-loaded with drawing and coloring applications for kids to show their creativity, and Alvin & The Chipmunks 3 content, including scene clips, photos from the movie, wallpaper and online game.
The ARNOVA ChildPad is powered by a 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM, which are enough to handle Full HD 1080p video playback. It has a 7-inch 800×480 touchscreen display and a front-facing camera for video chat.
