JBL is shipping the new SoundFly Air AirPlay wireless speaker that plugs directly into a wall outlet. The speaker uses WiFi to connect to your home network wirelessly, and using Apple’s AirPlay technology, it streams music wirelessly from iPhone, iPad or iPod touch as well as Windows PC and Mac running iTunes. As the speaker plugs directly to the wall outlet, you don’t need to find shelf space for it and deal with cables.
