ADATA adds to its Premier Pro line the new SP600 entry-level solid state drive wuth SATA III 6Gbps interface. The new line allows consumers who want to experience the fast speeds of SSD at an affordable price. Based on MLC NAND and powered by JMicron JMF661 controller, the SP600 offers up to 360MB/s read, 130MB/read, and 40,000 IOPS random read and 30,000 IOPS random write performance.
The Premier Pro SP600 is available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities, and buyers can choose from two packaging options to their needs. The Desktop Pack will include a 3.5-inch conversion bracket for mounting the SP600 to a desktop PC, and the Notebook Pack will come with an aluminum drive enclosure for users to turn their old notebook drive into a portable hard drive.
