At the special event where Apple announced the new iPhone 5, iPod touch 5th gen and iPod nano 7th gen, Apple also introduces the new EarPods earphones with in-line remote control and microphone. As Apple said, the design of the EarPods is defined by the geometry of ear and will make them more comfortable for more people than other earbud-style headphones.
Inside the EarPods, you can find speakers engineered to minimize sound loss and maximize sound output, so as to deliver high-quality audio. It comes with an in-line remote for volume and track control and answer or end calls.
Apple’s EarPods are included with the iPhone 5, iPod touch 5th gen and iPod nano 7th gen. You can also get them separately for $29.
