The wearable MP3 player lets you work out alongside Olympic silver medalist and New York City Marathon winner, Meb Keflezighi, and it comes pre-loaded with audio tips by Meb. Also included is a Runners booklet with tips on running, nutrition, stretching, strategy and a list of Meb’s favorite motivational running songs.
