Razer introduces the new BlackShark stereo gaming headset with a design inspired by tactical aviator headsets. Basically, the BlackShark is Razer’s own version of the Battlefield 3 Razer BlackShark headset, featuring sleek aluminum design, Razer-green accent and the look and feel like the headsets worn by attack helicopter pilots.
The Razer BlackShark features 40mm neodymium magnet stereo drivers; full circumaural ear cups with leatherette sealant to block all unwatned, ambient noise for a superior sound isolation; and memory foam ear cushions that mold to the shape of your ears for maximum comfort over extended use. It gets a detachable boom microphone for voice chat.
The BlackShark gaming headset has a 1.3mm rubber sheathed cable and uses 3.5mm gold-plated connector. It comes with a audio/mic splitter adapter cable for use with devices with separate 3.5mm audio and microphone jacks. The headset is priced at $119.99.
