The new SDRW-08D3S-U is a 8x external DVD burner that connects to different devices via USB 2.0. The drive features one-press AV Function switching that automatically syncs it with Windows PC, Mac, smart TVs and tablets, turning it into their external optical media drive for setup-free multimedia playback.
The USB-powered burner writes DVD media at up to 8x and supports DVD and CD playback. It includes 256-bit encryption to keep your data safe. The SDRW-08D3S-U comes with a stylish, elegant design inspire by the company’s Zen series notebooks, and a glossy finish, which allow it to blend seamlessly with any home theater system. A stand is also included for vertical and horizontal placement.
The Asus SDRW-08D3S-U is 20mm thin and weighs just 365g.
