A company called Verykool has introduces a new Android tablet intended for use in outdoor environments. With IPX5 water resistance and shock resistance, the device is ideal for outdoor working or adventure. As an outdoor tablet, it is not surprise to find that the R800 has integrated 3G HDSPA 3G and GSM/EDGE 2G mobile connectivity so users are always connected.
The R800 sports a 7-inch800x480 capacitive touchscreen display, a 2 Megapixel camera and a front-facing VGA camera. It supports, in addition to 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS and WiFi connectivity, and is equipped with e-compass. The tablet supports microSD up to 16GB. The R800 is powered by a 800MHz and runs Android 2.2.
