Built for speed, the drive is equipped with SandForce 2200 processor with optimized firmware and uses SATA III interface. Based on MLC Flash NAND, the TeraNova is available in 60, 120, 240 and 480GB capacities. It offers up to 540MB/s read and 520MB/s write speeds.
With SandForce controller, the SSD comes with DuraWrite technology for significantly increased endurance and RAISE technology for enhanced reliability. You can also find wear leveling and built-in ECC.
