HP is launching a new LED-backlit LCD monitor with IPS (In-plane Switching) panel, the 23-inch 2311xi. Using IPS panel, the monitor delivers a wide viewing angle of 178-degree for both horizontal and vertical. The 2311xi features Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, 1000:1 typical contrast ratio, 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast, 250 cd/m2 brightness and 7ms GTG response time.
The HP 2311xi provides VGA, DVI-D and HDMI inputs. It has a slim and stylish design and comes with a tilt, swivel stand. The monitor will be available in June for $240.
