Acer launches the new B6 and V6 series of LED-backlit displays with ergonomic design and eco-conscious materials. The V6 value line is intended to deliver good display quality at value pricing, while the B6 is a premium line with addition of advanced features. Depending on models, Acer’s new monitors feature IPS, VN or TN panel. They both have a slim and clean design with sleek and simple aesthetics.
The B6 and V6 series monitors have LED-backlit, 100,000,000:1 contrast ratio and up to 5ms resonse time, and select models will have Full HD 1080p resolution. To provide clear images, these displays include Acer’s ComfyView non-glare protection to reduce unnecessary lighting reflection. They provide HDMI, VGA, DVI and/or DisplayPort input connectors.
The V6 series is available in 17 to 27-inch screen sizes and can be adjusted from -5 to 25 degree for comfortable viewing. The B6, on the other hand, comes in 19-inch to 27-inch sizes. The line comes with a multi-function ErgoStand with tilt, swivel, pivot and height adjustment.
The B6 will start at $155 and the V6 is more affordable at $95.
