ADATA adds the SX900 solid state drive to its XPG (Xtreme Performance Gear) lineup. The high-performance SSD utilizes SandForce 2281 SSD controller and SATA 6Gbps interface, offering up to 550MB/s read and 530MB/s write speeds, with maximum random 4k write speeds as high as 85,000 IOPS.
The XPG SX900 uses MLC NAND flash and comes in 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities. The 2.5-inch SSD supports Windows TRIM optimization command that can directly delete stored data in the Flash memory and release unused space (Free Blocks) to be used for system writes immediately, for accelerated performance.
