Gigabyte introduced at the CeBit 2012 its upcoming P2542G gaming and multimedia notebook. The new 15.6-inch laptop will be boosted by Intel’s latest 3rd generation Core i7 quad-core processor and NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX660M graphics with 2GB of video memory. For effectively cooling of CPU and GPU, P2542G uses a dual heat sink design with dual air vents (one for the processor and one for the GPU), keeping the laptop cool even during long hours of use.
The gaming notebook features a design that is reminiscent of premium sport card, getting a bright, eye-catching yellow lid. To deliver great multimedia and gaming experience, the laptop comes with a 156-inch Full HD 1920x1080p LED-backlit display and four dual-channel stereo speakers and two woofer speakers that combined with THX TruStudio Pro technology. It also packs Blu-ray drive for you to enjoy full HD movies. The Gigabyte P2542G also sports a 7200RPM hard drive or SSD, USB 3.0 ports and HDMI output as well as Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
