Gigabyte introduces the BRIX, an ultra compact PC that fit into your palm. Despite its small and compact form factor measuring 29.9 x 107.6 x 114.4 mm, the BRIX managed to pack choice of Intel 3rd gen Core processor. Designed to be small and lightweight, the unit is also stylish and sleek featuring a glass surface and an anthracite aluminum frame. It is ideal for use as a HTPC or as a standard desktop in environments with limited space.
The BRIX is available as a DIY PC kit, allowing users to decide system memory size and storage space by adding SO-DIMM RAM and mSATA SSD themselves. It sports integrated graphics and provides HDMI and DisplayPort to use with two displays at the same time. The little box also comes with a mini PCIe WiFi module pre-installed and offers two USB 3.0 connectors. Using the included VESA bracket, you can mount the BRIX behind a monitor or HDTV to save spaces.
The BRIX is available in four models, the GB-XM1-3537 that packs Core i7-3537U, the GB-XM11-3337 with Core i5-3337U, the GB-XM12-3227 with Core i3-3227U and the GB-XM14-1037 with Celeron 1037U.
