SuperTalent introduces its new TeraNova SATA3 solid state drive targeted at the Pro/Enthusiast seeking extreme performance. Based on MLC NAND flash, the new TeraDrive is the fastest 2.5-inch SSD that SuperTalent has released to date, offering over 500MB/s speeds for both read and write thanks to SandForce 2200 processor with optimized firmware and SATA III interface.
The TeraNova SATA3 is available in 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities. SuperTalent’s new SSD includes built-in EDC/ECC function and support for wear-leveling.
