Super Talent launches the DuraDrive AT3 series solid state drives for demanding industrial environments. The new drives has been designed to withstand operating temperatures from — 40°C -> +85°C and can be used on in-vehicle infotainment systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, and manufacturing environments.
The 2.5-inch DuraDrive AT3 is available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities. The MLC-based SSDs use SATA II interface and has 128MB cache memory. You can expect up to 250MB/s read and 170MB/s write speeds.
