Soundfreaq launches its new Sound Step (SFQ-02) and Sound Step Recharge (SFQ-02RB) compact wireless speakers for iOS devices. The two new speakers have iPad docking station for charging your iPhone/iPod/iPad with or without the case. It also offers USB charging port for recharging USB-chargeable gadget such as Blackberry phones, Android phones, MP3 players, or Bluetooth headsets. They stream music wirelessly from Bluetooth-enabled devices.
The Sound Step and Sound Step Recharge have a low-profile design and features a 2.1 speaker configuration with a dedicated sub-woofer and Soundfreaq’s proprietary UQ3 spatial sound enhancement to deliver natural bass and stereo separation, unique for a compact speaker. Other than dock and Bluetooth streaming, the wireless speakers also provide line-in jack for connecting devices with standard headphone jack, and built-in FM tuner.
The Sound Step Recharge comes with built-in rechargeable battery that offers six hours of AC-free playback, making it truly portable. They Sound Step speakers work with the free Soundfreaq app for remote music control. The Sound Step is priced at $139 while the Sound Step Recharge costs $159.
