In addition to Samsung’s Series 5 Chromebook, Google has also partnered with Acer to introduce Chromebook that will be available for order on 15 June. The 11.6-inch laptop is powered by dual core Intel Atom processor, Acer’s Chromebook packs 2GB of DDR3 RAM, integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics and 16GB SSD storage.
The Acer Chromebook has 11.6-inch CineCrystal LED-backlit LCD display with 1366×767 resolution. It features a 1.3 Megapixel HD webcam, HDMI output, built-in speaker and 6-cell battery for up to 8 hours of battery life. The laptop supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity and Acer will also release 3G Chromebook with support for WWAN mobile network.
