OCZ Technology introduces its newest PCI-Express SSD, the VeloDrive designed and optimized to meet the needs of small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprise clients and system integrators. The VeloDrive uses PCI-Express 2.0 interface and comes with a X8 slot low profile with full height bracket form factor.
Based on MLC NAND flash, OCZ VeloDrive is available in 300GB, 600GB and 1.2TB capacities and gets four SandForce SF-1565 SSD processors. It is equipped with onboard RAID controller and can be run in either hardware or software RAID modes.
