Toshiba Tecra R840
Toshiba introduces new Tecra range business notebooks that have reengineered from the ground up with thin, light and highly-durable designs. According to Toshiba, the Tecra R840 is about 25 percent thinner and 20 percent lighter than its predecessor, Tecra M11; and the Tecra R850 is about 19 percent thinner and 6 percent lighter than its predecessor, the Tecra A11.
Toshiba Tecra R850
Both 14-inch R840 and 15.6-inch R750 are powered by choice of 2nd generation Core i3, i5, i7 processor and up to 4GB of memory. They are equipped with 7200RPM hard drive and integrated HD graphics, and there are optional 128GB SSD and 1GB Radeon HD6450 dedicated graphics card. USB 3.0, WiFi, multi-in-one card reader, eSATA/USB combo port, webcam, HDMI port, multitouch touchpad are standard features. The R850 has separated numberpad.
The Toshiba Tecra R840 starts at $899.00 and the Tecra R850 at $879.
