A company called MediaRange has just introduces its ProSeries II 2.5-inch solid state drive equipped with Sandforce’s SSD controller. Based on MLC NAND flash, the ProSeries II is available in 60GB and 120GB capacities and uses SATA II 3Gbs interface. The drive offers up to 270MB/s write and 280MB/s read speeds.
The price is Euro 112 for 60GB and Euro 183.50 for 120GB.
