Razer is launching its new Chimaera 5.1 wireless gaming headset for Xbox 360 to give users a true-to-life surround sound experience. The headset features 50mm neodymium magnets driver units and 5.1-channel Dolby Surround Sound with drivers tuned for 3D positional audio. 5.8GHz wireless frequency is used to protect this headset against almost all wireless interferences.
The Chimaera 5.1 supports Dolby Pro Logic II, Dolby Digital and Dolby Headphone and is equipped with Uni-directional microphone. The wireless headset comes with a base station/receiver that doubles as a charging dock and audio processing unit. The Chimaera 5.1 is priced at $199.99.
