Apacer launches the Turbo II AS602 series of solid state drive that uses the SandForce SF-1222 controller, offering optimized sequential read/write performance of up to 285/275MB/s and 30,000 input/ 13,000 output per second (IOPS) throughput.
The SF-1222 controller also include DuraClass and DuraWrite to improve the performance of SSD drives. Based on MLC NAND flash, the AS602 comes in 60GB, 120GB and 240GB capacities and uses SATA II interface and has an aluminum hair-line enclosure. It supports TRIM command in Windows 7.
