SSD maker RunCore is going to release a massive 1TB 3.5-inch SATA III solid state drive. This 3.5-inch SSD powerhouse use SATA III 6 Gbit/s interface that can offer up to 500MB/s data transfer rate. Based in MLC flash, RunCore’s new SSD is equipped with two SandForce SF-1222 controllers for integrated RAID 0 performance. It provides up to 285MB/s read speeds and 275MB/s write speeds.
RunCore’s 1TB SSD will be shown at CeBit 2011 in March 2011.
