Corsair launches two new models in its Force series, the F90 with 90GB capacity and the 180GB F180, both built using the SandForce SF-1200 SSD controller. The 2.5-inch Force Series SSD features read speeds of up to 285MB/s and write speeds up to 275MB/s, with a 4K random write throughput of up to 50,000 IOPs.
The Corsair F90 and F180 both support TRIM command, supported by WIndows 7 which helps to maintain optimal performance over the drive’s lifetime. The F90 and F180 is priced at $189.99 and $399.99 respectively.
