Silicon Power introduces its “ultra-fast” E20 series 2.5-inch SATA solid state drive. Available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB densities, the E20 offers up to 250MB/s read speeds and up to 230MB/s write speeds. It has DDR2 DRAM cache for better performance, “Wear-Leveling” technology to extend its lifespan and built-in ECC to guarantee data reliability.
The Silicon Power E20 supports S.M.A.R.T. to constantly monitor drive health status. It also support the TRIM command for Windows 7.
