MSI has just announced its R6870-2PM2D1GD5 and R6850-PM2D1GD5 graphics cards based on AMD’s new Radeon HD6850 and HD6870 GPUs respectively. Other than features we can found on AMD GPUs, MSI’s R6800 cards come with all-solid capacitors for enhanced stability and the Afterburner software, allowing adjustment of fan speed by different loading and saving up to 5 overclock setting profiles. The R6850-PM2D1GD5 uses 9cm PWM fan and “Direct Heatpipe” technology as well.
MSI’s R6870-2PM2D1GD5 and R6850-PM2D1GD5 both support 3D-Stereoscopic format and AMD Eyefinity and offers DisplayPort 1.2a and HDMI 1.4a outputs.
