PhotoFast launches in Japan the new G-Monster3 XV1 solid state drive. This 2.5-inch SSD uses SATA 3.0 6Gbps interface and offers up to 430MB/s read speed and 300MB/s write speed. It is available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities.
The G-Monster3 XV1 is based on Toshiba’s MLC NAND flash memory and has 128MB DDR3 cache memory.
